Coffee was pretty okay but the bakes were really good
Ambience was very cool!
The person serving me at the counter was super sweet and we had a nice chat!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Emily W.Walworth, Londra, Regno Unito0215 set 2021
Very sweet cafe but it's best to go when they aren't cooking anything as it got pretty smokey when we visited.

Electric Elephant is growing Dumbo wings!
Having popped in following reading a fabulous review from my fellow Yelper - thanks Jared F. Louisa, the honourable proprietress, welcomed me with a huge smile, warmth, general loveliness, and after I asked if I could take some photos for my review, (I was quick to pimp out my beloved Yelp and as a result got this exclusive!) Louisa was giddy with the prospect of the upcoming expansion - up and out baby (yea LBS)! Our little El El is growing up!
So people, you heard it here first, our resident Elephant is packing some heat and developing some lady lumps!
This charming, homely, friendly, trendy establishment boast on it's walls fabulous local artwork furnished by the neighbouring yard.
This little gem is simply beautiful sharing freshly prepared homemade cakes, soups, sandwiches and many others treats.
I can't wait to go back and sample some of Louisa's yummy cakes! Mmmmm.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tommy J.Evanston, Stati Uniti129120 set 2015
My wife and I just ate here for Sunday brunch. It's a tiny little cafe, but given it was a nice, sunny day, there was plenty of outdoor seating in the courtyard. Service was really prompt. I had the vegetarian English breakfast, which was an enormous plate of food including vegetarian sausages, hashbrowns, fried tomatoes, beans, brown bread, etc. My wife had eggs benedict. Both were great. The fresh juices were excellent. Prices seemed reasonable given portion sizes and everyone there was really friendly.

If you're in any sort of hurry I wouldn't advise going here, my friends and I (group of 4) had to wait 25 mins before even getting our coffees, and food was an extra 10 mins. (I wouldn't say it was particularly busy, 2 or 3 other tables before us.) We did have somewhere to be so it wasn't a great experience.
That said, it's a really beautiful quirky location, especially on a sunny day when you can sit out the back of the cafe. I also really enjoyed my food, it's great for vegetarians. Price was fair as well.
Overall a good place to go on a slow relaxed day out.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kitty B.Charlotte, Stati Uniti0228 apr 2017
Visited this place while on my visit to London. I had the world's BEST homemade english muffin that I cannot stop thinking about. I can't wait to plan my next trip to London, just so that I can go here! The owner is a wonderful woman who had great conversation with me and my friend as we waited for our guest. I love that everything is made fresh and made to order. The atmosphere was great and the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone visiting or living to stop by here at least once!

Lovely little cafe off elephant and castle. Wandered over whilst waiting for the IWM to open. Well worth the fifteen minute walk! Quaint decor, homey-arty vibes and possibly the best scrambled egg I've had in ages. Friendly staff too. Vegetarian food options available as well! Worth a visit if you're in the area.

This is a super cute place! I went with the intention of ordering a vegetarian breakfast, usually "everything but the bread". To my surprise, Electric Elephant bakes fresh gluten-free bread and they were more than happy to substitute the toast without an added charge. There were two little quirky ladies sharing a table with us, made my morning. It was just a pleasant experience overall - felt like a home away from home. I was visiting my brother from the States, first morning in London. This was my favorite breakfast of the entire trip.

This is a lovely cafe to be found near the top of the Walworth road. Serving fresh soup every day, organic pastries & bread for sandwiches - good range of sandwich fillings, salads, homemade cakes & the famous Borough Market chocolate brownies. Really good (fairtrade organic) coffee. It also doubles as a gallery exhibiting work by Pullens Yards artists.
