This is such a great spot for a homey dinner! It has such an old school, gourmet vibe and I truly felt like I had teleported to another decade. Such a great date night spot.

I knew immediately that I wanted to indulge in the Lamb Leg with Kidney Beans. Definitely their specialty item and it's very clear why! They bring out a whole trolley cart and cut the lamb directly from there. The meat is so umami and almost melts in your mouth. Absolutely delicious. We also tried the Escargo, which was the best I've had (well compared to the states...), and the Chocolate Mousse, which was rich and decadent.

The waiters and staff here were also just like so kind and warm. Definitely one of my top dining experiences in the city!

Wonderful service! Brought my daughter here based on a rec from a friend. The food was good, the service was good and the restaurant ambiance was beautiful.

We had the foi gras, Burrata , beef filet and lamb. All of this was followed by a delicious nougat dessert. The wine list was extensive and the prices decent.

      A very nice French experience.

Fantastic service and food. This place is so good I had dinner here two nights in a row. The Sole fish special was amazing and the table side lamb is cooked to perfection. Go here and enjoy!

One of the best dining experiences ever,
Very warm and welcoming staff, outstanding ambiance. My French is not the best, but got through with no problems. Now the Food!!!!!!! Whoooooo Pearl. The appetizers Lobster Ravioli out of this world good, Bone Marrow can't get no better. Entrees, Duck Breast, and Scallops simply delicious. Dessert Crepes Suzette hands down best I've ever had, even got to record the making of the dish. Must go to in Paris.

Out of all the expensive restaurants we went to in Paris, this was hands down the best. If it weren't for our last night, I would have gladly come back during our trip.

First off, do try to dress a little nice when you visit. This is definitely a wine and dine location. We felt very out of place when we first walked in wearing our 100% authentic tourist clothes. With that being said, despite our garb, the staff was absolutely out of this world. They were attentive, kind, and most of all patient while we tried to figure out what to order.

Their portions are huge! Mind you, we had come from Spain where tapas was a thing. But the French, they sure know what a portion is!! The set menu for all you can eat lamb for 45 euros is the best deal, I'll explain later.

For starters, we ordered the bone marrow, fois gras, escargot, and oysters. Holy cow, the bone marrow was a meal! There was plenty to go around our table of 4 and it was delicious! The fois gras was rich and creamy. The escargot was delicious and whatever pesto sauce they used was perfect. Oysters, were fresh? I'm not a fan of oysters so I can't report on that.

Now, the main course. Lamb. Omg!!! It was so soft, melt in your mouth, and succulent! I wish I had ordered it myself but I tried a couple bites and was fully regretting my choices.

I ordered the duck breast, which was also yummy but not as good as the lamb. The sauce was fruity and paired well.

For dessert, we had the baba (sorry indent remember the full name, but basically a rum cake?), floating island (marshmallow type thing over some custard), and creme brulee. Sorry my descriptions suck. My favorite was definitely the creme brulee. The rum was too strong for me and the floating island was okay.

The oldest will remember this brewery when it was still in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. Today, just near the Porte Maillot, it suffers from the countless works around the gate and the surroundings of Neuilly.

A quick post-concert visit by Mylène Farmer to the Arena allowed me to see that sometimes it is not necessary to make a correlation between the desert aspect of a restaurant and its culinary and service qualities.
Obviously, given the configuration, two customers are nevertheless well received even if they are almost the last ones. We won't stay long because we know the business, some of us want to go home and sleep.
      So dish and dessert.
The sweetbreads are old-fashioned. That is to say; we are still sure of the accompaniment of capers and other beans that scatter the plate at the same time as the piece of meat. Some may thunder against this mixture. But it is still good learning for mixing tastes. Indeed, the sweetbreads have such a special fat strength that accompanying them with the capers mentioned above is a sufficient balance.

The diced tomatoes give color, the green beans are too much, but the sweetbread itself is well cleaned, well cooked, crispy as it should be on its surface. So we agree.
Generous scallops since we are in five plus one. On a bed of spaghetti in dry ink. And 100%! (Naughty wink for Nancy's Excelsior who had caused me a devastating item.)

Mention Good for Suzette pancakes. They are entirely classic, not stunning, but I must value the work in the dining room. Ad Vitam aeternam, never take this dish if it's not made in the dining room. This point does not even suffer the discussion if you are a gourmet.

Noisy ventilation when there is no background music or customers.

We came to Sébillon for a late dinner on a Monday night. We stayed well past the 12pm coloring time, yet received impeccable service and attention. The food was fantastic! For starters, we had clams, escargot and tuna tar tar. Each was well prepared, but my favorite was the escargot closely followed by the tuna tar tar. I had the scallops with vegetables and my wife had a whole red snapper which was not on the menu. Both were prepared to perfection. I loved the scallops, but the vegetables were amazing!

This will be one of our first stops when we return to Paris.

I love that I'm getting snotty and highfalutin in my time in Paris.

      This restaurant is great.

It is not my favorite so far.

This is the best restaurant in the world I think for lamb. If you come to this restaurant order the lamb. Look around- all of the clientele, 90% of which are male, have also ordered lamb. This is a lamb - eatin' man restaurant if I have ever seen one. But it is excellent ,don't give me wrong.

We were a little bit rushed in ordering by our waiter, but we ended up spending almost 3 hours in this restaurant enjoying a multicourse meal that was delicious.

I had excellent oysters and mediocre fish. My friend had lanb. It was great.

I wish we were not rushed, but in the end we were there plenty of time. We enjoyed one of the best bottles of wine I've ever had. Listen to the waiters they know their stuff and will recommend the best things there. The waiter speak English French and Spanish and German

The best lamb ever. The fixed price menu for 45 Euro is the way to go here. Choose an appetizer between oysters and foie gras, the lamb dinner is all you can eat, and a choice dessert. Great service and wonderful ambiance.... A must stop.

for those flying economy coach like me.
Until I ate at Sebillion, I thought I'd never get lamb anywhere that's as good as what my gourmet mother or master chef buddy Tom could make. With all due respect to their abilities, this place has the best roasted leg of lamb that I've ever tasted - anywhere (and if leg of lamb in on a menu, I always order it). They bring the legs out and carve them tableside in a beautiful display of hypnotically aromatic and visual food porn. The gravy is also amazing, and a literal taste explosion in your mouth. When you finish the lamb, (BTW, did I mention that it was ALL YOU CAN EAT?), be sure to use some bread to soak up the gravy and have a bite - the amazing taste is a festival for the taste buds.
The succulent lamb is also served with delicious white beans, but when you are a lamb freak like me, they just help fill out the plate.
My daughter, and I don't like to admit this, wasn't hungry, so she ordered an appetizer - the lobster ravioli. She enjoyed it very much and it looked and smelled wonderful. Of course, I didn't get any, but did manage to try the pink sauce it was in - on a piece of bread. Mmmmm, delicious. Still, if I went back to this restaurant 100 times, and I could, I don't think I could ever order anything other than the lamb.
Oh, almost forgot, the chocolate mousse is mostly dark chocolate and comes in a very large terrine. The three of us couldn't finish it. (My wife had the lamb too.)
We had some house red wine, which I can't remember the name of, but it was terrific. Trust the somalie.
Lastly, this is a nice place, so leave the jeans and t-shirts at home. Coat and tie is NOT overdressing, so, if you go, please show the staff some respect by dressing business-casual or better. Also, if you make a reservation by email, confirm before you go. We did that with the Director, six months out, but our name wasn't on the list (he probably forgot), but there were still able to seat us - but that was lucky, since a table was open.
