Great shop and a really friendly, knowledgeable team. Edd's been riding and wrenching for years and has a world of experience, so is able to provide opinions and service you won't find elsewhere. It makes an enormous difference when the owner and employees of a shop like this are also really into riding, and are actively involved in the local scene. Like many riders, I'm super fussy about my bikes, and Edd and his team would be the only people I'd trust absolutely 100% to work on them.

I live in London but regulalry bring my 4 bikes back to Stevenage to get them serviced and taken care of by Edd. Can't rate his standard of service high enough. If you want someone who is passionate about biking and knows his stuff then you can't do any better than Edd and trust me i've been to countless places in London and have either been ripped off or let down badly in regards to standard of service, hence why i bring all my bikes back to Stevenage. I think we all know about internet shopping these days, both the pros and the cons. Sometimes it's great to be able to speak to someone face to face who knows their stuff. It will be a sad day when you can no longer receive such a great service as these guys offer on the high street. I have lived in Stevenage for nearly 15 years and felt driven to buy through the internet until Edd's opened up. Now I know I can get an honest opinion, support and a friendly chat - none of which you can get online! They support local riders, both young and old, casual and competitive and make you feel incredibly welcome whether you are buying a puncture repair kit or a brand new bike. I personally think that the age old tradition of speaking to people to get a deal that is mutually beneficial is alive and well here. I am happy to recommend these guys to any newbie riders who need that extra confidence in buying a new bike or equipment and have sent friends their way already. This type of shop is invaluable to our high street and that is the reality check we need.
